Another CaseStudy of effective and pragmatic Generative AI in regulatory reporting with our effective and pragmatic friends at Fiscale Ltd "We were astonished at how good the initial draft was—it produced a credible report in minutes. This challenge was to streamline the preparation of high-quality R&D Tax Credit claim reports. This involves organising and analysing vast amounts of data, including: - Audio recordings of technical meetings - Technical drawings and specifications - Meeting minutes - Specifications, brochures, and plans - Technical and sales briefs - Press articles Traditionally, Fiscale’s experienced technical authors required several weeks of work to process this data and draft a compliant, detailed report to begin peer review. Key challenges included: 1/ Time-Intensive Data Compilation: Organising multiple data sources into coherent narratives was lengthy and resource-heavy. 2/ Technical Accuracy: Reports had to meet stringent HMRC requirements, including evidence of scientific and technological uncertainty and advancements. 3/ Corporate Style Alignment: Ensuring all reports adhered to Fiscale’s corporate standards. The attached reveals the collaboration that enable experienced technical authors to achieve a 50% reduction in time required for sophisticated submissions to the HMRC while while improving accuracy and compliance throughout the process.
