I-RES has recently announced a number of appointments to its Senior Leadership Team. We’re delighted to introduce Michael Robinson, who has been appointed Head of Information Technology. With over 20 years of extensive experience leading the delivery of technology and digital business transformation, Michael now leads the information technology team with the primary goal of advancing digital transformation, data & AI and cybersecurity throughout I-RES. Michael’s expertise spans various technology domains including ERP, data, cybersecurity, and cloud computing.

Among them we have been delighted to welcome Pauline Houlihan, who has been appointed Human Resources Director at I-RES REIT. With over 20 years of global experience, Pauline joined the I-RES senior leadership team in January 2025 to lead and develop the People function. She combines financial acumen with people-centric leadership, having worked with global firms like Resources Global Professionals (RGP) and Arthur Cox LLP. Recognised for building high-performing HR functions aligned with business strategy, Pauline has a proven track record of driving talent strategies that enhance performance. ACA qualified with a BBS from Trinity College Dublin and a master’s from the UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School, she brings a commercial mindset to HR. Her expertise spans talent strategy, organisational design, performance management, and employee experience fuelling engagement and business growth.

I-RES has recently announced a number of appointments to its Senior Leadership Team. Today we’re spotlighting Glen Murphy who has been appointed Director of Finance at I-RES, having held key roles including Finance Manager and Financial Controller since he joined I-RES in 2021. Before I-RES, Glen spent six years as an Audit Manager, gaining extensive experience working with Irish and international PLCs. This provided him with a strong foundation in financial management and corporate finance, which he now brings to his leadership role at I-RES. A Chartered Accountant, Glen holds a degree in Accounting and Finance from Dublin City University and a Master’s in Accounting.

We are delighted to welcome Jeremy O'Sullivan to our Senior Leadership Team. Jeremy has been appointed Managing Director of Capital Markets and Portfolio Management at I-RES. With over 20 years of executive experience in real estate, he will have responsibility for portfolio management of the I-RES property portfolio, strategic asset management and asset performance management. His team also plays a leading role in equity & debt capital strategies and strategic partnership activities.

We’re pleased to present our results for FY24. It has been a year of solid progress for I-RES, delivering improvements across key performance metrics, including achieving earnings growth in 2024. We have also announced a new share buyback programme, with a maximum aggregate consideration of €5m. As tomorrow's highly anticipated Dragons at The Docks 2024 is almost upon us, I-RES are proud to be a cornerstone member since the event's inception in 2017. This flagship fundraising initiative has been instrumental in raising vital funds for great charitable organisations across Ireland, amassing over €1.7 million in the past seven years. Last year alone, more than €250,000 was raised for the Dublin Simon Community from the event, to help provide homes for families and enabling more people to exit homelessness.
