Cork, took home the top title in the Gala Retail TV Bake-Off with her award-winning scones and a sweet €3,000 prize! 🎉 👏 A massive congratulations also to Leah Mallinson (16) from Newbridge, Co. Gala Retail is looking for Ireland’s Best Baker and Junior Baker of the Year! The overall winner will take home a cash prize of €3,000, while the Junior Baker winner will receive €1,500! Plus, both winners will feature on Ireland AM! If you’re between 12 and 16, enter the Junior Baker category – or if you’re an adult baker, this is your chance to shine! From cupcakes and muffins to breads, scones, and traybakes, we want to see and taste your recipes! You have until April 20th to enter. Finalists will be announced, and the big judging event takes place on May 8th!
