Property Ireland has much work to do to ensure housing meets demand. Speaking at the Business Post Property Summit, Elkstone CEO & Co-Founder Alan Merriman said “the amount of friction is off the charts” in the Irish real estate sector, with access to funding a particular issue.   Alan added, ‘We need to collectively understand as a public that international money is absolutely necessary.
