The day kicked off with coffee and cake, followed by an inspiring presentation from Helen Mulholland, Chair of the Irish Whiskey Association and the first female master blender in Irish whiskey history. Helen, also the first woman inducted into the Whisky Magazine International Hall of Fame, shared her incredible journey and achievements.
