“We Not Me” Over the past years, I’ve been involved in numerous team-building activities, but none quite as impactful as dragon boat racing. This weekend, I am joining the CUHK EMBAA 🐉 Dragon Boat Team for the finals, proudly sponsored by my insurtech company, YAS 👏! Once you get on the boat, you will realize just how powerful it is when we shout “Are you ready?” and get the entire team to focus. Absolute silence follows, as we wait for the buzz. It’s 100% teamwork and synchronization in action. Whether in sports or in business, imagine if you can get everyone hyper-focused in that one vision, bringing in collective effort for a single mission. Finding a team that moves in one direction makes overcoming challenges not just easier, but also deeply rewarding.
