On Friday, we came together to recognise the outstanding success of the £2 million Midland Metropolitan University Hospital fundraising campaign at their Charity Showcase Event. This significant occasion brought together trustees, donors, supporters, partners and Sandwell & West Birmingham NHS Trust staff to celebrate the transformative power of generosity and community in enhancing healthcare. Colleagues from Gleeds toured funded projects such as the Garden of Gratitude, paediatric artworks, the Hope sculpture and donor recognition plaques, each reflecting the impact of community support. It was great to have our UK Head of Healthcare Andy McNulty MRICS speak at this event, which we are proud to have sponsored. We look forward to supporting Your City and Metropolitan Hospitals Charity with further fundraising activity: https://lnkd.in/eG7d7Kgu Together, we are shaping the future of healthcare. #LifeatGleeds

Significant investments in infrastructure, hospitality and residential projects, as well as digitisation and modern methods of construction, are aiding 2030 development targets. Over half of our survey respondents from Qatar, Saudi Arabia and United Arab Emirates reported labour rate increases in the last six months. Can development keep up with demand amid skills shortages and labour rate increases?
