Με την με αριθμό 3676/2024 απόφασή του, το Μονομελές Πρωτοδικείο Αθηνών απορρίπτει την ανακοπή κατά διαταγής πληρωμής εκδοθείσης κατά ανώνυμης εταιρίας συσταθείσης κατά το λιβεριανό δίκαιο με καταστατική έδρα στη Λιβερία και πραγματική έδρα στην Ελλάδα. Ο Κανονισμός (ΕΕ) 2023/2411 του Ευρωπαϊκού Κοινοβουλίου και του Συμβουλίου της 18ης Οκτωβρίου 2023 τροποποιεί τους Κανονισμούς (ΕΕ) 2017/1001 και (ΕΕ) 2019/1753 σχετικά με την προστασία των γεωγραφικών ενδείξεων για χειροτεχνικά και βιομηχανικά προϊόντα. Ο Κανονισμός (ΕΕ) 2024/2822 του Ευρωπαϊκού Κοινοβουλίου και του Συμβουλίου της 23ης Οκτωβρίου 2024 τροποποιεί τον Κανονισμό (ΕΚ) 6/2002 του Συμβουλίου για τα κοινοτικά σχέδια και υποδείγματα και καταργεί τον Κανονισμό (ΕΚ) 2246/2002 της Επιτροπής, αποβλέποντας στον περαιτέρω εκσυγχρονισμό των συστημάτων προστασίας των #βιομηχανικών #σχεδίων και #υποδειγμάτων στην #Ευρωπαϊκή Ένωση, καθώς και στην περαιτέρω εναρμόνιση των εθνικών νομοθεσιών ως προς τις #διαδικασίες #καταχώρισης και #προστασίας των σχεδίων και υποδειγμάτων.
