2025 starts strong when it comes to #ESG adaptation. Last December, Greece embarked on a transformative journey toward sustainability with the transposition of the European Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) into Greek law (Law 5164/2024). This milestone was achieved through the indirect acquisition of a minority stake in the Skyline entity, which holds a portfolio of 461 real estate assets of Alpha Bank. This pivotal project aims to unlock the full potential of these assets through redevelopment and repositioning, focusing on quality, functionality, and climate governance, paving the way for a more innovative and resilient local real estate landscape. “For ten years now, the EBRD has been contributing to Greece’s resurgence and we are more than proud to partner with them.
