All these changes are mostly to support removing the need for this bit of CPP, and also so the test-sutie depends on the library instead of the source files directly.

Breaking changes to the MkSqlBackendArgs
type (representing required parameters) will be a breaking change to the library.

This PR makes the
SqlBackend
type abstract (sort of). Breaking changes to theSqlBackend
API will no longer be represented in the major version number of the code, which should make it much easier to keeppersistent
versions forwards compatible.API consumers are recommended to use the functions and helpers defined in
Database.Persist.SqlBackend
