Complete PROF/x alignments

DCAT:

• add: "for the purposes of cataloguing resources"

PROV

• remove alignment as not relevant

OWL

• remove as not relevant

VOAF

• Add diff purpose of PROF is v. purpose of VOAF
• text: VOAF provides specialised vocab/vocab relationships, e.g. via voaf:specializes
• remove formal alignment diagrams / RDF

OGC ModSpec

• @rob-metalinkage to work this one out

SKOS

• add hierarchy alignment (because PROF describes a conceptual hierarchy much as SKOS does for general concept hierarchies... using OWL punning etc... no special alignment is needed - just a general interpretation of specialised hierarchy as SKOS

JSON-LD - to be added

• multi-part discussion (profile, frames etc)

The current Editor's Draft contains both a Related Work section section detailing relations of PROF to PROV-O and other ontologies and also an Alignments section which contains alignments to Dublin Core, SKOS, VOAF and others.

Still missing from the suggestions about is an alignment with the OGC ModSpec and this has an individual issue for this in the ED (#403) and JSON-LD.

I have created an Issue for JSON-LD (#1178) for the 4PWD Milestone and will now close this one.
