Immutable elements do not reflect alignment state

Reproduction of the problem

You can use provided demo

Steps to reproduce:

1. select the last row (immutable content)
2. from the toolbar click align right tool
3. Notice how the toolbar button is not blue

Current behavior

When an immutable element is aligned the state is not reflected in the toolbar buttons.

Expected/desired behavior

When an immutable element is aligned the state should be reflected in the toolbar buttons.
