Range can not be selected in DateRangePicker when the initial range is not visible

Bug report

When the range spans across several months and the end is not available on the current view, you are not able to set a new end date.

Reproduction of the problem

1. https://dojo.telerik.com/@NeliK/otEjIcEh
2. Click on the start input and select a date.
3. The focus will move to the end input, try to select a date without moving to a different view/page.

Current behavior

The end date is never changed.

Expected/desired behavior

It should be possible to select a new end of the range.
