TimeDurationPicker does not accept a duration of 1 day

Reproduction of the problem

1. Run this dojo: https://dojo.telerik.com/edOMAdER/2
2. Open the TimeDurationPicker's dropdown. Change the value of the component to 1 day (01 00 00 00) and click the Set button.
3. Open the dropdown again.

Current behavior

The TimeDurationPicker sets the following value: 01 01 01 01

Expected/desired behavior

The TimeDurationPicker sets the following value: 01 00 00 00
