Tested on Galaxy S5 chrome and default browser and iPad and iOS simulator.

I've tried to shape the new touch API methods to conform to the rest of Sup.Input

Sorry this has been lingering for a while, the last couple of weeks have been very busy. We're going to focus on finishing the redesigned app and then go through the outstanding PRs!

I am attempting to update this PR to work on the latest version. Haven't gone through proper testing just done the code changes to get it somewhere where it will build and run.
