Actual behavior

and OTA pushed non-portable version (version 3.21)

Expected behavior

able to upgrade version 3.21

Instead of rufus_3.21p.exe, it's using rufus_3.21.exe for the x64 arch which isn't portable and spews some stuff into appdata. Easy fix, I can open a PR....

Edit: although, it looks like for that release rufus_3.21p.exe and rufus_3.21.exe are the same file (both portable). So I'm going to change the URL anyway, but you shouldn't notice different behavior.
