Textcube용 PlantUML 포매터

- 텍스트큐브 서버에 PlantUML jar 파일과 이를 실행하기 위한 자바 런타임이 설치되어 있어야 합니다.
- jar 파일과 java 실행 파일 경로를 config.php에 설정해 주어야 합니다. (config.php.example 참조)
- 입력된 PlantUML 언어를 SVG로 변환하여 출력 XHTML에 임베드합니다.
