Proposed change

During the last change, one occurrence of bluetooth-device-page was missed, while renamed to bluetooth-config-panel.
Additionally, the bluetooth integration panel is not yet ready to handle option flows for specific bluetooth config flows. Hence removing it from the integration with panels so it doesn't change the logic in the integration pages.
