Device info: Add localizable string for "Set up voice assistant"

Proposed change

For Assist devices the button "Set up voice assistant" shows up in the Device info panel:

This is currently not translatable.

This PR adds the necessary string to en.json and replaces the hard-coded string with the key reference.
