The Rust option is now available and functional in the map-deploy-to_devel pipeline

This is now completed.

To complete this feature we had the following PRs/items:

• Rust source symbols parsers were already present in https://github.com/aboutcode-org/source-inspector
• Use py-tree-sitter-swift v0.0.1 and support py3.13 source-inspector#36 Added tests for Rust symbols parsing and released source-inspector
• Support rust binary parsing rust-inspector#1 Get symbols from Rust elf binaries using blint (uses lief and symbolic internally)
• Released rust-inspector https://github.com/aboutcode-org/rust-inspector/releases/tag/v0.1.0
• Add rust binary support #1435 #1488 Add a new pipeline step to match symbols from Rust source files to Rust binaries
• Support was also added to parse dependency information from rust binaries with a scancode plugin https://github.com/aboutcode-org/rust-inspector/releases/tag/v0.1.0
