Windows 配置文件不在
C:\Users<UserName>\Local\V2Ray\V2Ray-Desktop\V2Ray-Desktop\config.yaml
看起来是在 C:\Users<UserName>\AppData\Local\V2Ray\V2Ray-Desktop\V2Ray-Desktop\config.yaml
