#France - the latest Technical Specifications for E-Invoicing and E-Reporting have been released today (Version 2.4). Lots to digest as the requirements continue to be refined, but includes: - Simplified directory flows: Volumes of data exchanged are reduced and future developments facilitated. The directory flows are separated and standardized (a consultation flow and an update flow) - Redesign of life cycle: supplementing the possible statuses of all business objects (invoice, transmission, directory) and technical objects (flows), by specifying their definitions, sequences and associated actors. - Management of invoice statuses: matrix of invoice statuses to allow the identification and management of statuses by the various actors - Single "readable" invoice : Clarification on the uniqueness of the human readable attachment. "An invoice in issue may have a maximum of a single legible type" with systematic rejection where multiple versions. Today, not yesterday, nor tomorrow, the recruitment of experienced resources who know S/4 has become the nerve center of SAP projects. First: Finance & Controlling profiles, then Supply Chain profiles. Then autonomy on projects. How to manage the many experienced applicants who do not know S/4? How to transform these profiles ? How to boost and secure the capacity to lead the initial phases of the project? These are questions to ask candidates very early on in recruitment process. I will seem disruptive but FIORI knowledge of junior profiles will help them. Experienced and juniors are more than ever necessary in symbiosis to deliver projects to the end. I'm sure you have opinions on the subject! 😉 #s4hana #symbiosis
