A World Cup match lasts 90 minutes. The infrastructure required to support it is planned years in advance. When tens of thousands of fans gather in a stadium, the challenge is not only to deliver a great experience. It is also to accommodate significant peaks in demand without placing additional pressure on local resources. Water is part of that equation. More than 20 years before the 2026 World Cup, Gillette Stadium had already adopted a model designed around this challenge. Designed, built and operated by Natural Systems Utilities (NSU), one of our subsidiaries, the facility treats up to 250,000 gallons of wastewater per day and returns high quality reclaimed water to the stadium and Patriot Place for non potable uses, including toilets and cooling systems. Over the past two decades, this approach has contributed to: 💧 a 50% reduction in potable water use ♻️ a 100% reduction in wastewater discharge What this example shows is that infrastructure resilience depends less on adding resources than on using existing ones differently. As cities continue to host larger events while facing growing pressure on water resources, circular water models will increasingly become a strategic component of long term resilience. Because the challenge is no longer only to welcome more people. It is to do so while preserving the resources that make that growth possible. #MissionWater

💧 Water security is becoming a matter of sovereignty. At the start of this week, Saur brought water to the forefront of discussions at the G7, highlighting how it is rapidly becoming a strategic resource, directly linked to economic resilience, food security and geopolitical stability. This momentum continues today at Vision Golfe 2026, the flagship forum for France–Gulf economic and strategic cooperation, held at Ministère de l’Économie, des Finances et de la Souveraineté industrielle et numérique, where water is clearly positioned as a critical infrastructure, central to sovereignty and long-term performance. Luis de Lope, CEO Saur International, is sharing Saur’s perspective during the panel “Water security, decarbonation and sovereignty: integrated strategies for circular models management.” As he highlighted: “The GCC countries are setting a global benchmark in advancing water security, infrastructure resilience, circular resource management and sustainable urban development.” Because beyond infrastructure, water is about the ability of territories to endure, adapt and thrive, and about building the partnerships that make this possible. The Gulf countries are demonstrating what it takes to move from ambition to action: a clear vision, strong ambition, and the means to deliver. #MissionWater

Saur calls for water sovereignty to become a strategic priority at the G7 in Evian Water stress is no longer just an environmental issue. It directly shapes economic resilience, territorial stability, and sovereignty. Today, access to water determines: 💧 continuity of essential services 💧 resilience of cities and territories 💧 industrial continuity and competitiveness and the ability of territories to withstand climate pressure At the G7, Saur is advocating a clear conviction: water infrastructure must now be considered critical infrastructure. Because behind every network, treatment plant or reuse facility we are no longer only talking about technical systems, but about essential infrastructures that sustain daily life and economic stability. This evolution also changes the way resilience must be designed. Large-scale infrastructure remains essential. But resilience must now also be strengthened locally, through decentralized and operational solutions capable of reducing pressure on water resources. This is the rationale behind Aquapod, Saur’s greywater reuse solution, presented at the G7. Deployed at building level, it can cover up to 45% of non-potable water needs and strengthen local water autonomy. Because global discussions matter. But water resilience now depends on concrete solutions, deployed on the ground, at every scale. #missionwater

Project Qatar 2026 opened its doors at the Doha Exhibition and Convention Center, bringing together key players shaping Qatar’s infrastructure, construction and urban development ecosystem. In a region where every drop carries extraordinary value, water resilience has become a strategic priority. Throughout the day, the Saur team connected with industry professionals, public stakeholders, partners and visitors to exchange perspectives on a shared challenge: developing the resilient infrastructure needed to support sustainable growth in a changing world. As Qatar continues to advance its National Vision 2030, innovation, resource efficiency and infrastructure resilience are becoming increasingly important priorities. From drinking water and wastewater management to water reuse and digital solutions, we contribute to strengthening long-term water resilience and supporting the sustainable development of communities and industries. Our booth welcomed strong visitor engagement throughout the day. The programme also featured a conference session by Christophe Tanguy, CEO of Saur Middle East, who shared insights on “Innovating Water Systems for Sustainable Urban Development.” From infrastructure resilience to long-term resource optimisation, the conversations reflected a shared focus on building smarter, more sustainable cities. We are pleased to be contributing to the discussions shaping Qatar’s development and look forward to continuing these conversations over the next two days. #MissionWater #ProjectQatar2026 #SaurQatar #SaurMiddleEast #WaterManagement #SustainableInfrastructure #QatarDevelopment Christophe Tanguy Ian Lemmin-Woolfrey Jean LAURENT

💧 Between 2015 and 2022, 97% of mainland France experienced restrictions on surface water use. As droughts become more frequent and pressure on water resources continues to grow, more and more companies are having to assess their ability to secure long-term access to water. It was against this backdrop that imaGeau, a Saur subsidiary specializing in water resource intelligence, supported L'Oréal in assessing the exposure of its industrial sites to water stress risks. Through its Water Stress Index (WSI), ImaGeau uses local and recent data to objectively assess risk levels, identify the most exposed sites and help build appropriate short- and long-term strategies. Because water resilience is not only about responding to crises when they occur. It is also about giving territories and businesses the tools they need to anticipate them. 👉 Read Marina Alazard's testimony and discover our 2025 CSR Report in the comments. #MissionWater

💙 From the beaches of New Jersey to Stade Charléty in Paris This summer in Paris, we are proud to stand alongside 2026 Special Olympics Unified Football World Cup — a commitment that reflects our belief that sport is a powerful driver of inclusion. As we prepare for this milestone, we are also discovering the strength of the global Special Olympics community. 📍 On May 27, Special Olympics hosted an event at the French Embassy in Washington DC dedicated to inclusion through sport celebrating the road to the World Cup. Among the participants was Zach Gallagher from Natural Systems Utilities, who has long been involved with CAT CREW, an initiative born alongside Special Olympics New Jersey. Originally, CAT CREW started as a local mobilization bringing together friends, families and colleagues around one common goal: supporting Special Olympics athletes through local fundraising initiatives and community events. Over the years, this community-driven dynamic has grown into a strong example of collective engagement, capable of mobilizing people around inclusion, sport and social impact which can be replicated around the world. At Saur, we believe these local initiatives demonstrate how community-led partnerships can create lasting human impact when they are built on shared commitment and deeply personal stories. A powerful reminder that lasting partnerships are often rooted in very human stories. David Evangelista Timothy Shriver Kelli Tobin #MissionWater #SpecialOlympics

♻️ Water reuse is progressively becoming one of the key levers of the water transition. At Saur, water reuse is no longer seen as an alternative solution. It is already a concrete response to growing pressure on water resources. Across the Group, solutions are being developed to help territories preserve drinking water resources, secure long-term water uses and adapt infrastructures to climate challenges. This includes treated wastewater reuse projects, decentralized water recycling systems, and infrastructures designed to support more circular water management models. Since 2021, more than 83.5 million m³ of water have already been reused for agricultural and local purposes, illustrating the scaling up of these solutions across the Group. 💧 Reducing pressure on freshwater resources 🌍 Preserving natural ecosystems 🤝 Strengthening territorial resilience Because accelerating the water transition also means learning to see treated water differently: not as waste, but as a resource. 👉 To learn more, discover our 2025 CSR Report in the comments. #MissionWater

💦 For the second year in a row, the #6KMForWater challenge brings our employees together around a shared commitment: raising awareness of the challenges related to access to safe drinking water. Last month, we shared the results of the 2026 collective effort. But behind these results, there is above all real, tangible impact on the ground. 👉 Last year’s edition enabled Saur Solidarities to support World Vision France, contributing in particular to the funding of a water access project in Zambia. The figures we are sharing today reflect the progress of this program, to which we have contributed. In Zambia, thousands of lives have already been transformed. 👉 Between October 2024 and September 2025: 213,079 people gained access to safe drinking water 781 boreholes were drilled 3,163 water points were installed In practical terms, this means that in villages like Matala, 133 residents now have access to safe drinking water close to their homes: fewer diseases, less time spent walking, and more time to learn, work and live. Access to water sustainably transforms living conditions: 👉 350 schools and 125 health centers are now equipped. At Saur Group, we believe that every commitment matters when it translates into real impact on the ground. 👉 The #6KMForWater challenge is not just an event. It is a concrete, sustainable and measurable driver of action. #missionwater
