AI Learning Carnival 2026 was filled with 25 days of learning, built for the AI builder era. Over 25 days, associates across Cognizant took part in a company-wide AI learning journey designed to turn curiosity into real capability. From Ignite to Explore, Practice and Celebrate, the Carnival brought hands on learning with the same AI tools shaping industries today, including Claude, Devin, Copilot and Gemini. What made this different was the structure; learning that was progressive, practical and applied. By the numbers: ✅20,496 participants across global regions ✅Two learning tracks: Developer and Non Developer ✅9 AI tools explored ✅34 expert led masterclasses ✅A gamified experience sustained across all 25 days The journey culminated in Celebrate, recognizing our Torchbearers and service lines with standout participation. This was a milestone in how we build AI fluency at scale.

At the nasscom GCC Summit 2026, one thing became very clear: the enterprise conversation around Agentic AI is becoming far more outcome-driven and operationally focused. The discussions at the Cognizant booth around Neuro AI Multi-Agent Accelerator (neuro-san) were no longer about what AI can do. They were centered around real enterprise challenges — fragmented workflows, agentic SDLC, testing, embedded software, governance, orchestration, and how agent-based systems can scale within existing environments. What stood out was how quickly conversations moved from experimentation to operationalization. In many ways, this also reflects where GCCs are headed, moving beyond execution to becoming strategic centers where enterprise AI is operationalized, governed, and embedded into core business operations. Strong conversations throughout the day with leaders exploring what practical AI adoption at scale really looks like. Build your agent networks today using neuro-san! Conversations at the NASSCOM GCC Summit 2026 today reflected how GCCs are no longer isolated islands, but embedded within vibrant innovation ecosystems. The discussion is moving beyond scale and execution to harnessing the full strength of these ecosystems to drive AI-led transformation for the enterprise. Building for the age of enterprise AI means reimagining business workflows and decisions, redesigning work and workforce models for the AI-native enterprise, and building strong foundations for responsible AI. At Cognizant, this aligns closely with how we see the next phase of GCCs as enterprise AI engines. The energy at the Cognizant booth reflected this shift as well, with conversations centered around how enterprises are operationalizing AI in real environments and scaling it beyond experimentation. Thank you nasscom for bringing together diverse perspectives on the future of GCCs. Rashmi Vasisht Praveen Tanguturi, Ph.D. Singaravelu Ekambaram Rajesh V. Surya Gummadi #NASSCOMGCCSummit #GCC

Billions spent on AI infrastructure. Margins largely unchanged. The bulk of AI's value still sits at the infrastructure layer. Getting it into operations, decisions and outcomes is the hard work most technology partnerships weren't built for. AI has become central to how organizations operate, but it also introduces new risks that traditional security models weren't designed to detect. That's why we're excited to announce our launch of Cognizant Secure AI Services, an integrated offering designed to help enterprises safely build, deploy and grow AI and agent-based systems at scale. Our approach focuses on securing AI at every stage, from protecting models, data and pipelines during development to continuously monitoring behavior in production, moving enterprises from assumed trust toward the practice of provable trust. Cognizant Secure AI Services is built on three core foundations: ✅ Secure Agent Development Lifecycle: protection embedded across design, build and deployment ✅ Cognizant Neuro® Cybersecurity: a consolidated control plane for real-time threat response ✅ Responsible AI through Cognizant Trust™: continuous assurance and policy enforcement We're already partnering with hundreds of global organizations in highly regulated sectors, helping them tackle emerging challenges like deepfake-driven fraud, model integrity risks and managing autonomous agents, all while putting the right guardrails in place to scale AI with confidence. Most companies pilot AI with a client. We made ourselves the client. OneCognizant (1C) was a deliberate bet: prove enterprise AI transformation at full organizational scale, 350,000 employees, one platform, before taking the model to market. The problem wasn't a lack of AI tools. It was fragmentation. Teams adopting agents in silos. Complexity compounding. Governance risk quietly growing. So, we built a single intelligent operating layer to unify it all and tested every architectural and governance decision on ourselves first. Five months later: ➡️50% improvement in operational efficiency ➡️50% reduction in support tickets ➡️10M+ agent actions, 92% positive feedback ➡️2x faster response times "1C is not just a digital workplace upgrade. It's a fundamental shift in how we run the enterprise," says Neal Ramasamy, CIO at Cognizant. What we built is now a repeatable blueprint for enterprises ready to move from scattered AI tools to truly agentic operations. Are you still running AI in silos? The pilots worked. So why haven't the results scaled? Many enterprise leaders have invested significantly in AI but value keeps stalling between proof-of-concept and production. The bottleneck is the distance between AI's potential and the systems, context and accountability needed to make it work inside a real enterprise. As an AI Builder, we’re closing that gap: https://cgnz.at/6049vMMG9
