    2024: Another Record-Breaking Year for Banijay Group!   Amid a dynamic and competitive landscape, Banijay Group has delivered another remarkable performance, achieving very high level of growth and profitability across activities. In 2024, we recorded an outstanding revenue of €4.8bn (+11%) and an Adj. EBITDA of €900m (+22%), marking our most successful year to date.   Throughout the year, we continued to solidify our leadership in content production and distribution (Banijay Entertainment), and live experiences (Banijay Live) with, as expected, our strongest quarter ever in Q4, driven by major scripted show deliveries. Strategic acquisitions pursued all year long solidified our leadership position in the most dynamic segments.   Our online sports betting and gaming activity (Banijay Gaming) delivered an impressive performance with a remarkable revenue increase of +45%, reaching an unprecedented €1.5 billion in 2024. This record achievement underscores our market-leading position and continuous innovation delivery.   Backed by our differentiated strengths, flexible business model, and unmatched ability to capitalize on emerging trends, we are poised for continued growth. In 2025, we will continue to target solid growth by leveraging our market-leading positions and our vast portfolio of IP, talent and technology.
