Kuiper constellation grows to more than 100 satellites [Aug 11]

Quote
SpaceX deployed Amazons fourth batch of satellites on Monday, August 11, following a Falcon 9 launch from Cape Canaveral Space Force Station in Florida. This KF-02 mission sent another 24 Project Kuiper satellites into orbit, bringing us to 102 spacecraft deployed in less than four months.

The satellites separated from the rocket at an altitude of 289 miles (465 kilometers) above Earth. In the coming months, they will gradually raise themselves to their assigned altitude of 392 miles (630 km).

B1091 becomes the first @SpaceX Falcon Heavy Center Core to make it back to port!

The Center Core from Arabsat-6A was the first to be landed, but it fell off the droneship before making it back to shore.

Minor Typo, the Atlas Kuiper missions should be prefixed KA-##

Let me make it clear here, the choice for new boosters was not one made by Amazon.
It seems that you are implying that, on some occasions, you have information that forum veterans do not.  Or, these veterans are not at liberty to share here, and you are.

📹: The view from a Kuiper satellite launched on last weeks KF-02 mission with @SpaceX.

This imagery was captured over a 24-minute period enough time for the satellite to travel 5,500+ miles in orbit, from over Italy to the Indian Ocean east of Madagascar.
