Grace Wang

Grace Wang cofounded Shenzhen-based manufacturer Luxshare with her brother in 2004 after spending 10 years working for Foxconn, a major Apple supplier. Twenty years later, Wang’s leadership and focus on innovation have made Luxshare a leading manufacturer of Apple Watches, AirPods, Vision Pros, and iPhones, challenging Foxconn’s dominance—and making Wang by many measures the most powerful woman in business in Asia. In 2023 Luxshare notched a milestone, appearing on the Fortune Global 500 list at No. 488 with revenue of $32.8 billion.
