1. Pass Entitlement: Four (4) Vendor Bands and One (1) vehicle pass

2. Vending Days: Friday July 18 – Saturday July 19

3. Vendors will not be allowed to sell liquor or other beverages, including coffee and tea.

4. Application Deadline: Applications must be returned IMMEDIATELY as booths are in limited supply.

5. Completion of this application does not guarantee you a booth. YOU WILL BE ADVISED OF THE RESULT OF YOUR APPLICATION BY MAY 19, 2025. Once you have been approved for a booth, you will need to make full payment for your booth within five days of receiving your approval in order to secure your space.
