Name Change / Substitution

All registrations are only valid for the registered person. A registered delegate who is unable to attend the congress may nominate (free of charge) a substitute delegate by notifying the Congress Secretariat in writing by 1 December 2024 with complete information as required in the online registration form.

Guideline for Payment

Please use the registered participant's name as the payment reference. If paying on behalf of someone else, kindly indicate their registered name in the reference to ensure smooth processing of the registration

1. The Committee reserves the right to change the date(s) or speaker(s), if deem fit, without prior notice.
2. The Committee further reserves the right to cancel/postpone the event without liability other than return of the course fee.
3. The organiser is not responsible for any loss or damage as a result of substitution, alteration, postponement or cancellation of an event.
4. At this conference, photographs and videos may be taken by the event organiser for promotional and documentation purposes. By attending this conference, you grant permission for your image to be used in promotional materials such as brochures, websites, and social media by The Organiser; unless advised by you otherwise.
