Este trabajo da cuenta del diseño experimental de una plataforma interactiva (RedacText 2.0), concebida para ayudar a redactar textos académicos a estudiantes universitarios, futuros maestros de Educación Primaria y futuros profesores de Educación Secundaria. Los principios que sustentan el diseño de esta herramienta están en la línea de programas anglosajones, como: Writing Across the Curriculum, Writing in the Disciplines, Expository Writing, Writing Program, Reading and Writing to Learn, Research on Writing; y movimientos del tipo de: European Association for the Teaching of Academic Writing, Scaffolded Writing and Rewriting in the Disciplines, Center for Academic Writing, y Nacional Writing Projet, entre otros. Este recurso aborda el contexto, el proceso de producción y el texto (expositivo o académico, para el caso), con ayudas que facilitan la realización de las tareas de composición, tanto por parte del estudiante o escritor como del profesor o tutor. Esta plataforma consta de tres secciones: tutor, escritor y Grupo Didactext. La sección dedicada al estudiante o escritor permite descargar actividades, que se envían electrónicamente, con el fin de que el tutor guíe y evalúe el desarrollo de la producción del texto y medie en los aprendizajes. Esta sección permite crear una base de datos que registra los progresos en los aprendizajes de cada escritor y contribuye a mejorar sus destrezas como escritor. La documentación generada en esta sección permite al Grupo Didactext investigar acerca de cómo enseñar y aprender a escribir trabajos académicos, desde la perspectiva que provocan en los lectores los procesos de lectura y de escritura con la ayuda de Internet. Since the first models of architecture were proposed by Zachman in the 80s, several authors have developed their own architecture models and methodologies, but most of them lack of details, and they are far away from current technology, business requirements and results needed in real projects. Particularly there are not so many real Service Oriented Architectures (SOA) in educational environments such as universities. Therefore, in this paper, the goal is to propose and validate a new complete architecture model for SOA methodologies according to current technology and business requirements that could be used in a real University environment. To do that, new types of services and the categorization model called Dimension Model are described, and the results of the proposed architecture model in 4 real-life projects. We expect that the reduction of the implementation time in 33% and testing time in 31% in business domains encourages universities to start incorporating SOA methodologies in their corporate software. The review of the state-of-the-art and the experience
of working in many national and international IT projects
reveal that corporative businesses lack of a methodology able
to take into account business needs in an efficient process,
without relying the success of the development on just
technological aspects. In this paper, the focus is to present the
analysis phase of a new methodology called COBAS-M
(COrporative Business Architecture Software Method) to be
used by financial entities. COBAS-M has been devised to allow
stakeholders and technical experts to have a meaningful
understanding of the organizations’ businesses. COBAS-M
relies on the definition of new types of business services, which
are horizontal to the organization, allowing business users to
find the services faster. The analysis phase of COBAS-M has
been validated through a case study of real-life projects, in
which an improvement of 41% in timing, a cost reduction of
42% and 8 satisfaction level have been registered. These results
allow us to recommend appyling the life cycles proposed for
the analysis phase to any development in financial corporative
