Qualitas Energy Deutschland GmbH continues to expand its wind energy pipeline. We are delighted to announce the acquisition of a 34 MW wind energy pipeline in Germany, encompassing four wind farms across Bavaria, Rhineland-Palatinate, North Rhine-Westphalia, and Saxony-Anhalt. We are pleased to announce that 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗖𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝘁 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝘆 𝗵𝗮𝘀 𝘀𝗲𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿 €𝟮𝟬𝟬 𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝗻 𝗶𝗻𝘃𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀, out of total target of €500 million for initial investment opportunities. This support includes participation from a significant anchor investor – a leading Canadian public pension fund – as well as a sizeable allocation through an additional Separately Managed Account (SMA).   Within the strategy, the Credit team has already successfully closed its first transactions totaling €126 million. We’re adding 250 MW of wind energy to our portfolio in Germany: Qualitas Energy Deutschland GmbH has announced 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗮𝗰𝗾𝘂𝗶𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗮 𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗱 𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗳𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗼 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗱 𝗳𝗮𝗿𝗺𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗮𝗱𝘃𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗱 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗴𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗱𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁. These projects are located across Saxony-Anhalt, Hesse, Lower Saxony, and Baden-Württemberg. Once operational, they will provide clean energy to over 166,000 households. New milestone in Poland: we are proud to announce 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗮𝗰𝗾𝘂𝗶𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗮 𝟭𝟭𝟳 𝗠𝗪𝗽 𝘀𝗼𝗹𝗮𝗿 𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗳𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗼 𝗶𝗻 𝗣𝗼𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗱 from ib vogt GmbH. This portfolio consists of two photovoltaic solar farms, both in the “ready-to-build” phase, with construction scheduled to begin in the second and third quarters of 2025.
