💡 Avui s'ha presentat la tercera edició de l'informe Tech Hubs Overview, impulsat per Mobile World Capital Barcelona amb la col·laboració d’ACCIÓ i l’Ajuntament de Barcelona. Un estudi que analitza l’ecosistema dels hubs tecnològics internacionals establerts a Catalunya i reafirma el seu paper com a epicentre d’innovació i desenvolupament. 📊 Aquest 2024, Catalunya compta amb 160 hubs tecnològics internacionals, que han generat 6.191 nous llocs de treball aquest 2024 amb un total de 34.869 persones —un creixement del 22% respecte a l’any anterior. 💬 "Els hubs tecnològics s'han convertit en un element estratègic per a la transformació digital, impulsant la innovació, la captació de talent i la creació de llocs de treball qualificats. Mobile World Capital Barcelona se une a Red.es y a más de una veintena de entidades para lanzar el Observatorio de Derechos Digitales. 👆 Hoy se ha presentado en📍#Madrid el Observatorio de Derechos Digitales, cuyo objetivo es impulsar el conocimiento, la protección y el respeto de los #DerechosDigitales. El observatorio tiene como misión: 📣 Difundir los derechos digitales entre la ciudadanía y las organizaciones públicas y privadas. 🤖 Promover un uso ético y humanista de la tecnología. 📈 Anticipar tendencias. 🚀 Impulsar políticas públicas que garanticen la protección de las personas en el entorno digital. Talent Arena will make its debut alongside MWC25! ✨ Today, at the iconic Damm Old Brewery in Barcelona, GSMA unveiled the official details for #MWC25. Among the exciting innovations is the debut of Mobile World Capital Barcelona’s new event Talent Arena, set to be a key highlight of the event. ☝️ Following the success of its pilot last year, #TalentArena will run alongside MWC Barcelona content programme, highlighting the growing role of technology-driven innovation, offering the attendees a unique platform to experience the intersection of talent 🧠 and technology 🤖. 💬 As john hoffman, CEO of GSMA, explained, “Talent Arena will bring together digital professionals, developers, global tech companies and educational institutions to create a hub for learning, networking and career development". The event will feature over 200 distinguished speakers 🗣️—including Apple Co-founder Steve Wozniak, former Google Chief Decision Scientist Cassie Kozyrkov, #AI expert and World Chess Champion Garry Kasparov, and many others - and will also host the GSMA #OpenGatewayDevCon, offering developers the chance to test ✅ their projects under real-world conditions with access to the latest network 🌐 APIs. In addition, Mobile World Capital Barcelona is bringing 180 developers from Paris on a charter flight with Vueling ✈️ , and 70 developers will travel on a dedicated high-speed train with iryo from Madrid 🚄 .
