🔔 Aumento del 15% de los ataques registrados durante el 2024 en #España. 📣 Compartimos los 5 key insights de la nota realizada a Yolanda Barrientos Merino, responsable del INCIBE - Instituto Nacional de Ciberseguridad: 1️⃣ +95.000 incidentes de seguridad gestionados por #INCIBE en el 2024. 2️⃣ "El 45% de las empresas españolas ya han sufrido algún ciberataque en los últimos años y todos, absolutamente todos, vamos a ser víctimas de un ciberataque" 3️⃣ El #ransomware sigue siendo la amenaza más costosa, ya que afecta a grandes corporaciones pero también a pymes, que no no tienen planes de contingencia robustos" 4️⃣La #IA ha mejorado de manera significativa la sofisticación de los ataques, potenciando sus capacidades. Y la que más nos gusta.... 5️⃣ Se acabó el cumplo y miento: "cumplir con las normativa (NIS2, DORA, ENS) no es sinónimo de estar seguros. 🚨 Avance clave en la ciberseguridad en #España 🚨 📣 El Consejo de Ministros ha aprobado este martes 14 el anteproyecto de Ley de Coordinación y Gobernanza de la Ciberseguridad. Cuando sea aprobada de manera definitiva, la futura ley incorporará al ordenamiento jurídico español la Directiva #NIS2, que incluye una serie de medidas destinadas a garantizar un elevado nivel común de ciberseguridad en toda la Unión Europea. Que empresas están afectadas por la nueva ley❓ 1️⃣ Entidades públicas 2️⃣ Entidades públicas o privadas de industria crítica: energía, el transporte, banca y mercados financieros, sector sanitario, agua, infraestructuras digitales, servicios tecnológicos e industria nuclear. 3️⃣ Entidades públicas o privadas de industrias importantes:  servicios postales y de mensajería; la gestión de residuos; manufactura, producción, transformación y distribución de químicos y alimentos; los proveedores de servicios digitales; la investigación científica y la seguridad privada. 💡 ¿Qué deben cumplir? ✅ Identificación, valoración y gestión individualizada de activos y riesgos.
