I see no indication of notability in the form of significant coverage in reliable sources, as required by WP:BASIC notability criteria. The subject appears to have lived a private life of no interest to the media or historians. The article is a mere genealogical entry, yet Wikipedia is not a genealogy website but an encyclopedia. Leaning delete, but nominated this at pl wiki (https://pl.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Poczekalnia/biografie/2020:08:06:Zofia_Maria_Sapieha-Kode%C5%84ska), let's see if anyone there can find sources (and won't just say 'Polish princesses are notable because they are').
