Editing on WP

If you have some admins to back you, you can screw up WP as much as you like. If you do anything wrong, it can always be overlooked. If someone else finds out, they can always be warned/blocked about something or other. If you discuss things with others and are about to lose the argument, or your mischief or stupidity [1] or your dishonesty [2] is about to be exposed, the discussion can always be abruptly closed.[3] Presto. You don't have to lose or get exposed! The articles can be allowed to rot. What more do you want?

If you are Indo centric

Be on your guard. There are folks out to get you topic banned or something so that you can edit other articles, but not India articles. Others can edit anything they want, but Indo centric eds should not edit India articles. Only Indic-topic-idiots get to edit India related articles. Period.[4],(to be clear, the next link is to a particular user's talk page who himself does not seem to have any link with the discussion in that thread.)[5]

Western sources on India

Here's the gist. Most of them have a single track line. India weird--Hindu=demon. And they never visited India to investigate what they are saying.
