Marco Rubio says Ukraine agrees to 'immediate negotiations', 'ball now in court' of Russia
Ukraine is prepared to accept a U.S. proposal for an initial 30-day ceasefire on land, sea, and air with Russia following discussions in Saudi Arabia. Speaking to reporters in Jeddah, U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio stated that the proposal would now be presented to Russia. "The ball is now in their court," Rubio said.
