Ed Sheeran announces India concert in 6 cities: Check venues, dates, ticket pre-sale, general sale dates and how to book

British pop sensation Ed Sheeran is set to return to India in 2025 with his highly anticipated Mathematics Tour, featuring performances across six cities, organizers announced on Friday. This announcement follows his sold-out concert in Mumbai earlier this year in March, where Sheeran assured fans of his comeback.

Keeping his promise, Sheeran will embark on his most extensive India tour to date, beginning in Pune on January 30 at Yash Lawns. He will then perform in Hyderabad on February 2 at Ramoji Film City, Chennai on February 5 at YMCA Ground, and Bengaluru on February 8 at NICE Grounds. The tour will continue to Shillong on February 12 at JN Stadium and conclude in Delhi, NCR, on February 15 at Leisure Valley Ground.

"Every time I come back here, it feels more and more exciting. The metric that you would have measured success by back in 2014—I would have no idea that people liked my music here. It wasn't until coming here in 2015 that I realised for the first time that people really like my music here. Whereas now, it's clear that India is my biggest market,” Sheeran told Hindustan Times.

The Mathematics Tour 2025 is presented by AEG Presents Asia and BookMyShow Live, the experiential wing of BookMyShow. Each concert promises an intimate musical experience, with Sheeran performing solo, using only his guitar and Loopstation to create his signature sound.

“The 2025 India tour will deliver a unique and electrifying experience, with performances designed to highlight Ed Sheeran’s pure artistry. Fans can expect soulful vocals, acoustic excellence, and heartfelt lyrics brought to life through a simple yet captivating stage setup that emphasizes Sheeran’s deep connection with his audience,” the organizers said.

The setlist will feature tracks from all of Sheeran’s albums, starting from his 2011 debut Plus (+), through Multiply (x), Divide (÷), Equals (=), and Subtract (-), along with a selection from his 2019 project, No. 6 Collaborations Project.

Sheeran first graced Indian audiences with a performance in Mumbai back in 2015 and returned for another memorable concert in the city in 2017. Continuing his strong connection with his Indian fanbase, tickets for the upcoming Mathematics Tour 2025 will go on sale via BookMyShow starting December 11. Tickets for the tour will be available through BookMyShow and Sheeran’s official website.
