2024 European conference on initial teacher education

The ‘Fostering citizenship education through eTwinning for future teachers’ conference will take place online and onsite in Budapest from 28 to 30 November.

Full participation in the conference is by invitation only, but anyone is welcome to join the livestream on the first and third days, with no registration required.

Congratulations to winners of 2024 European Quality Labels

We are pleased to announce that over 17,000 European Quality Labels have been awarded to the members of 2104 projects for their outstanding work. The label acknowledges the exceptional work of the teachers and students who participate in eTwinning projects, highlighting successful examples of European collaboration. Winners can now generate and download their certificates.

Monitoring the impact of eTwinning on teachers’ wellbeing

The 2024 eTwinning monitoring report is now available. This year’s report focuses on the impact of eTwinning on teachers’ wellbeing, exploring their personal and professional growth, emotional state, and the social connections they form within the eTwinning community.

Equipping early childhood education and primary school teachers for citizenship education

From 17–19 October 2024, 100 teachers gathered in Tallinn, Estonia for this onsite course. Participants developed their skills in project-based learning, collaborative teaching and community-driven initiatives, and discovered new ideas for promoting civic responsibility and critical thinking in their classrooms.

eTwinning projects on food and health in initial vocational education and training

Insights from the launch of the annual theme group
