Meet Our Team🌟 Meet Andreas W. Fabricius, an important part of our Partner Relations team in Denmark. Andreas is from Jutland but made his way to Copenhagen four years ago to study financial management. That move opened up new opportunities, eventually leading him to an internship in real estate, where he developed his sales skills while learning the importance of building genuine relationships, a focus he keeps front and center at CVX Ventures. Andreas’s experience in sales and client relations means he’s great at connecting with people. He brings a thoughtful approach to his work, combining strategic thinking with an ability to truly listen, which helps him build meaningful partnerships. This mix makes him an essential part of our team. Outside of work, Andreas takes full advantage of Copenhagen life. He’s into fitness, loves discovering new corners of the city, and values time with friends, whether they are the ones he’s made since moving here or his friends from back home. He’s always ready for something new, such as a workout, an adventure, or just a good conversation. We’re happy to have Andreas on the team. His energy, insight, and dedication have a big impact on our work and team spirit. This is a significant step for us as we continue to grow and connect with more people across the Nordics. 🗓️Date: 11th December 2024 ⏰Time: 16:30–20:00 CEST 📍Location: Mesh Community Youngstorget, Møllergata 6, 0179 Oslo This event will focus on bringing our partners together, strengthening relationships within our growing network, and presenting exciting new cases to everyone attending. Meet Our Team🌟 We’d like to introduce you to George C., a member of our Partner Relations team here in Denmark. Originally from Greece, George has lived in Denmark, Sweden, and Greece, so he brings a unique, global perspective to everything he does. Before joining CVX, George had a successful career as Head of Sales at TDC and later worked at Nets, where he managed relationships with customers and partners like VISA and Mastercard across the Nordics. His background in B2B and B2C business development and relationship management makes him an important part of our team. George came to CVX to learn more about the venture world, but his long-term goal is to become an entrepreneur. He is already well on his way, running his own startup, that he is passionate about growing. When he’s not working, George is a proud father of two girls and loves staying active. Whether it’s winter bathing, playing football, basketball, or paddle, or going on long walks with his shepherd from Santorini, he is always on the move. He’s also a big fan of traveling, building connections with people, and exploring new places. He is always curious about the world around him. CVX Ventures Facilitates the Appointment of Dunbar's New Advisors When Dunbar presented to the CVX community, the response was overwhelming. Many of our partners recognized the platform’s potential and expressed interest in getting involved. We were excited to help connect Dunbar with some of these partners, which led to the appointment of their new advisors. We are pleased to announce that Dunbar has officially welcomed four CVX partners: Mads Hein, Sonia Glubisz Crifling, Brian Søgaard, and Brian Hansen. Dunbar’s platform focuses on microlearning, offering quick, effective lessons designed to seamlessly fit into daily routines. As they prepare for their official launch in early 2025, we are proud to be part of their journey. Congratulations to everyone involved, especially Markus Moberg and the rest of the Dunbar team. Servicelovers’ Journey Since Pitching at CVX Ventures At CVX Ventures, we enjoy following the progress of the companies we work with and sharing their success stories. Today, we’re excited to spotlight Servicelovers and their journey since they pitched to our community. Back in April 2023, Servicelovers presented their innovative approach to building service-driven cultures. Since then, they’ve made impressive strides, growing rapidly, adding new board members, and expanding into new industries, all while maintaining a strong focus on customer success. A major milestone for them was bringing Philip Brechmann onto their board. Meet us at Innofounder Investor Day Later today, Zenia W. Francker from CVX Ventures will be attending Innofounder Investor Day where 30 of Denmark’s rising startup stars will take the stage for an afternoon of pitches and networking. These startups, current and alumni from the Innofounder program, are some of the most innovative and tech-driven companies out there. We can’t wait to see what they have in store. The Innofounder program is known for producing top-tier, scalable startups, as well as, teaching first time founders the ropes of company building. Here under fundraising. Today’s event is a great chance to get a first look at the companies raising pre-seed and seed rounds. A big thank you to Grant Thornton Digital and Sparekassen Danmark for their support in making this event happen. We are looking forward to a productive afternoon and connecting with other investors.
