Often times, the best examples are not simply "on trend" but rather are embedded with what has proven to last / make an impact while adds a fresh element adapted to today's challenges. 𝗚𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲 – that was the word I heard most often at this conference and also the feeling that stayed with me throughout the event. What a fantastic event in Munich! The first 𝗣𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗙𝗼𝗿𝘂𝗺 was truly a highlight – two days full of practical examples and scientific insights! I am grateful to have heard so many success stories from companies that are already actively practicing Positive Leadership. The energy in the room was particularly impressive – many speakers emphasized that they had rarely experienced such a dynamic and energized audience. PwC Deutschland (Germany) and Aleph Alpha have established a joint venture called 𝙘𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙣𝙘𝙚.𝙖𝙞  to develop innovative AI solutions for the legal advisory and compliance market. #Creance.ai will utilize advanced technologies to combat bureaucratic inefficiencies and facilitate regulatory compliance. A primary goal is to support payment service providers, banks, and insurers in complying with the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA), a new EU legislation set to take effect on January 17, 2025. This legislation focuses on enhancing data security and protection against cyber attacks. The collaboration between PwC Deutschland and Aleph Alpha to form creance.ai is significant from a business #ecosystems perspective for several reasons: 1️⃣ 𝗦𝘆𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗴𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗜𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 Business ecosystems enable companies to leverage the strengths and capabilities of multiple partners to create offerings that none could achieve alone. Today I had the pleasure to do the input session at Bluelion Incubators event series TGIF together with my amazing colleague Jan Neuenschwander from HudsonGoodman. It was all around facts instead of gut feeling when it comes to decision taking in innovation and strategy processes. Economic, political, social, economic and climate-related crises are constantly driving the change in consciousness: global, collective, individual. Everything is interconnected. Problems can no longer be viewed in isolation from each other because everything is connected. Private life influences professional life and vice versa - positively and negatively. The work-life flow does not arise by chance, it needs to be designed proactively. But how? Working on your mindset is only helpful to a certain extent. More and more people are suffering from anxiety, depression, addictions, sleep disorders, financial problems and interpersonal problems. But more often then the opposite perspective "everything I do needs to look perfect", this is a difficult challenge for Entrepreneurs. Nothing is more constant than change – cliché or truth? This sentence is heard very often in today's world, and I firmly believe that it should not just be an excuse for poor leadership and communication in times of change. That's why I talked to Matthias Haller from personalmagazin about the qualities that make a good leader in times of change. Because Rolls-Royce Power Systems AG is currently undergoing a transformation, as it always has been: we are constantly reviewing which areas are sustainable. We must always evolve with the market and, for example, current requirements for energy efficiency and sustainability – standing still would be disastrous. Rolls-Royce provides a convincing answer. In times of great transformation, as we are currently experiencing, leadership has its finest hour! ⭐  Employees need to understand the goal of our transformation in order to give their best and to feel psycological safe. Here, leaders need to listen, need to understand the questions and of course - also the concerns of their teams. It is important to provide security. Leadership must empower and not patronise. #performance and #humanity is not a contradiction. I´m thrilled to share that Andreas Kyek and I delivered a guest lecture at Mannheim Business School Business Scool – special thanks to Frank Ohnesorge and Prof. Dr. Florian Stahl for having us. It was a privilege to present to all these bright minds at the university. The students attending our session were a mix of Master and MBA students: The Mannheim Master in Management Analytics & AI strikes a balance between theoretical foundation and practical relevance and integrates business, methodology and technology, preparing the participants for future challenges in the best possible manner. The MBA is a one-year exercise in Germany's #1 business school. 🚀We focused on „Trends in AI & Predictive Analytics“ and covered everything from GenAI applications to specific challenges in the semiconductor industry. We know that GenAI is THE driver of semiconductors, especially GPUs, and is dominated by a few providers and very few main consumers (see slide attached). So it is important for students to understand the AI and specifically the GenAI trends and how this impacts the semiconductor industry, and how in turn this industry uses AI in development, production, sales forecast etc. Let me know if you have detailed interest in this topic!

Building the Future: How AI Ventures Are Shaping Heilbronn Last week, I had the pleasure of giving a workshop at Heilbronn Slush'D, organized by Campus Founders, on how to build successful (AI-enabled) ventures. It was fantastic to return to my old stomping grounds, where I once helped build up AI Founders by Campus Founders together with Sascha Karstaedt and Samer Nabha. Connecting with so many founders and seeing so many familiar faces like Samuel Keitel, Laurenz Sommerlad was truly a highlight. It’s incredible to witness how the Heilbronn ecosystem is growing stronger, with collaboration and innovation pushing it closer together with players like Campus Founders, IPAI, 42 Heilbronn, experimenta – Das Science Center, ETH Zürich, TUM Campus Heilbronn. A big thank you to Campus Founders for putting on such a great event and to everyone who joined the workshop. The energy, curiosity, and dedication of the founders were inspiring and I believe that the startup ecosystem that is shaping here will be key to make Heilbronn one of the biggest AI hubs in Europe.
