👩 💪 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗪𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻´𝘀 𝗗𝗮𝘆 💪 👩 It´s time for another episode of our Women in Motion series. On the occasion of today´s annual International Women's Day we are delighted to introduce you to Liu Chengrui. Liu has been working as an Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) Engineer in the FEV China team since 2017, ensuring the safety of her colleagues on site. Liu's passion for technology began at the age of nine when she repaired her malfunctioning TV. This curiosity led her to study safety engineering and start her career in EHS. After discovering a job opening at FEV that matched her skills and interests, she joined the company over seven years ago. At FEV, Liu has built the EHS system from the ground up, promoting environmental protection, workplace safety, and employee well-being. She also successfully guided the company to ISO 17025 certification, ensuring compliance with international quality standards and demonstrating FEV's commitment to competence, impartiality, and validated processes for testing and calibration laboratories. Asked for her advice to young women, who want to start a career in engineering or MINT disciplines, she replied: „Pursue your goals with great love and dedication, face challenges with a positive and optimistic attitude and tackle obstacles with resilience to overcome them with determination“ We´d like to thank all our female colleagues around the world for their dedication and passion.

We took a closer look at the battery-powered SUV from Ingolstadt and its most important subsystems. Today we're going to focus on the 𝗱𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘀, each of which has its own technological features. The different performance requirements of PPE vehicle applications are covered by a modular electric motor system that includes both PMSM and ASM motors with different power outputs. 🫧 𝗛𝘆𝗣𝗥𝗢 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗹𝗮𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗱 🔬 Last Monday #HyPRO, the largest consortium project in the field of hydrogen production technologies in the Netherlands, kicked off. FEV is contributing its many years of expertise in the field of hydrogen technologies to the project. HyPRO aims to investigate the technical risks and potential savings in the production of green hydrogen and thus pave the way for large-scale distribution.   In HyPRO, more than 55 consortium partners, among them 17 universities and research institutes, have joint forces to investigate and evaluate the various technologies and advance industrial scaling. From the various generation principles such as alkaline, PEM high-temperature solid oxide or protonic ceramic electrolysers, anion exchange membrane & new electrolysis technologies through the electrically operated processes for residual gas utilization (plasma, microreactors) and system integration, the consortium is conducting research along the entire process chain.   We look forward to a successful collaboration.   #FeelEVolution of tomorrow´s hydrogen technologies and renewable energy and get in touch with Jannik Kexel, Dr. Marius Walters, Marc Oliver Gomperts or Edwin Kingma for further information.
