How do we engineer the future of Southeast Asia’s high-tech industries? The high-tech markets in countries such as Indonesia, the Philippines, Vietnam, and Thailand are attracting strong investment and demand for industrial innovation and digital infrastructure. Collectively, they are also emerging as important hubs for advanced manufacturing in sectors including semiconductors, data centers, battery production, and biotechnology. In response to this accelerating landscape, we established Nixyte, a joint collaboration between Exyte and JGC. Nixyte brings together Exyte’s global design expertise and JGC’s regional execution strength, making us a unique partner for complex fast-track projects. And playing key role in this collaboration is Takeshi Yamaguchi, Senior Business Development Manager. From identifying new opportunities to navigating regional supply chains and local regulations, Takeshi sets things in motion to turn client ambition into reality. Discover more about Takeshi and his perspective on what makes Nixyte a unique engineering, procurement, and construction player in Southeast Asia: https://bit.ly/4gmqM3j #EngineeringWhatsNext

Meet Eoghan Egerton, a Graduate BIM and VDC Engineer based in Ireland. In his role, Eoghan supports a wide range of projects by helping manage changes as they arise. This includes adapting designs to new specifications, measuring materials, and counting equipment. One of the biggest challenges Eoghan has faced at Exyte is learning different design software, such as Revit and Navisworks. He overcame this challenge through structured training and hands-on experience, building his confidence step-by-step. The strong support Eoghan receives from his colleagues at Exyte has exceeded his expectations. He values the opportunities to grow and develop his career and feels proud to contribute to projects that have a meaningful impact on creating a better and more advanced future. #EmployeeInFocus

We are proud to share that GlobalFoundries EMEA has reached an important construction milestone for its SPRINT expansion project in Dresden, Germany. The first foundations for the new expansion buildings are being poured, marking the start of the main structural construction phase to create additional manufacturing, logistics, and technical space. Entering this phase in construction signals clear progress on site, with work being carried out in parallel with ongoing 24/7 fab operations. The project plays an important role in strengthening Germany’s and Europe’s semiconductor ecosystem and enhancing supply chain resilience. As a long-standing partner, we are proud to support GlobalFoundries with our expertise in delivering complex semiconductor facilities. Congratulations to GlobalFoundries on reaching this important milestone. We look forward to continuing our successful collaboration in Dresden.

This year marked a special milestone for Exyte in Dresden: We joined the Silicon Saxony Days for the first time as an official sponsor and exhibitor. For three decades, Exyte has contributed to the region’s growth. We have delivered facilities that enable innovation at scale. Sponsoring this event allowed for even closer engagement with the community shaping the industry’s future. At the event in Dresden we showcased our expertise in fab planning and engineering, as well as technology and utilities together with Exentec. Innovation was also on display with our robotic dog “Rexyte”, offering a glimpse into how advanced technologies are entering industrial environments. On one of the panels, Exyte expert Herbert Blaschitz pointed out that Europe must go beyond supply chain resilience and significantly improve productivity, speed, and execution to remain globally competitive. Celebrating the 20th anniversary of Silicon Saxony Days, Exyte congratulates the entire network for two decades of building one of Europe’s leading high-tech clusters. Thank you to Silicon Saxony and everyone involved. We look forward to what comes next. #Exyte #SiliconSaxony #Semiconductor #Dresden #Saxony

We are proud to share that AstraZeneca’s Antibody Drug Conjugate (ADC) Manufacturing Facility in Singapore has achieved a major milestone: One million safe work hours without a Lost Time Injury (LTI). This achievement reflects the strong safety culture and daily commitment demonstrated by the entire project team and highlights the close collaboration between Exyte, AstraZeneca, and all project partners. A site-wide event was held to recognize the workforce and reinforce the importance of maintaining strong safety performance as the project continues to progress. The project is part of AstraZeneca’s investment in a next-generation ADC manufacturing facility, designed to support advanced oncology treatments and future-ready biopharmaceutical production. “Reaching one million LTI-free work hours represents a demanding journey that requires constant commitment from everyone involved. This milestone reinforces the importance of maintaining focus on safety as the project progresses,” said Paul Si, Astra Zeneca Project Director. “This milestone reflects the strong safety culture built by our teams from the start. It demonstrates the collective commitment required to maintain high safety standards as we build on this foundation throughout our operations,” said Ana Locatelli, Client Lead (Site Head). This demonstrates that strong safety performance is built through consistency, collaboration, and accountability at every level, reflecting the shared commitment to safety and excellence across all teams. Congratulations to the project teams.

We have exciting news to share! Peter Schönhofer has assumed the role of Interim CEO, in addition to his responsibilities as CFO, following the retirement of Dr. Wolfgang Buechele after nine successful years as CEO. We thank Wolfgang Büchele for his leadership and for his contribution to Exyte’s development over the past years. Exyte starts this next chapter from a position of strength: with experienced people, strong customer relationships, a successful track record, and promising opportunities in the markets we serve. Peter says: "We have exceptional people, industry-defining clients, and attractive markets to serve, backed by decades of experience building some of the most advanced work environments in the world and an expanding set of AI-enabled tools and resources. Together with the leadership team, I will build on those strengths, ensure continuity for our customers, and drive execution excellence, seizing the opportunities ahead and continuing to create the facilities that bring our customers' visions to life." We look forward to building on this strong foundation and continuing to create the advanced facilities that bring our customers’ visions to life. #Exyte #Leadership #EngineeringWhatsNext
