Meet the team - heute stellen wir euch Thilo vor! [English below] Thilo liebt an seiner Arbeit bei Blueprint vor allem die Möglichkeit, Strukturen zu gestalten und durch klare Rahmenbedingungen die Entwicklung eines kleinen, aber extrem engagierten und talentierten Teams zu unterstützen. Besonders schätzt er die Teamfahrten und Teamtage, bei denen nicht nur intensiv gearbeitet wird, sondern auch der gemeinsame Spaß nicht zu kurz kommt. Einen typischen Arbeitstag gibt es für ihn nicht – mal stehen Updatetermine und Diskussionsrunden auf dem Plan, mal dreht sich alles um Buchungen von Eingangsrechnungen oder das Schreiben von Ausgangsrechnungen. Oft geht es auch um Koordination und die Vorbereitung wichtiger Termine. Ein besonderes Highlight ist für ihn das regelmäßige Pow-wow, bei dem das gesamte Team zusammenkommt und sich über aktuelle Projekte austauscht. Strukturiert, leidenschaftlich und experimentierfreudig – diese drei Worte beschreiben ihn wohl am besten. Auch wenn er nicht direkt in der Projektarbeit involviert ist, gibt es dennoch einige spannende Meilensteine, wie die Rudi Assauer Filmpremiere in der VELTINS-Arena oder die verschiedenen Projekte auf dem Parookaville Festival 2024. In seiner Freizeit verbringt Thilo am liebsten Zeit mit der Familie oder ist beim Beachvolleyball zu finden. _____________________________________________________________________ Meet the team - today we are introducing you to Thilo! What Thilo loves most about his work at Blueprint is the opportunity to design structures and support the development of a small but extremely committed and talented team through clear framework conditions. He particularly appreciates the team trips and team days, where not only is intensive work done, but there is also plenty of fun together. There is no typical working day for him - sometimes there are update appointments and discussion groups on the agenda, sometimes it's all about booking incoming invoices or writing outgoing invoices. It is often about coordination and preparation for important appointments. A special highlight for him is the regular pow-wow, where the entire team comes together and discusses current projects. Structured, passionate and keen to experiment – these three words probably best describe him. Even if he is not directly involved in the project work, there are still some exciting milestones, such as the Rudi Assauer film premiere in the VELTINS Arena or the various projects at the Parookaville Festival 2024. In his free time, Thilo enjoys spending time with his family or playing beach volleyball.

Meet the team - heute stellen wir euch Jörg vor! [English below] Jörg liebt es, Dinge zu designen und zu bauen, die es vorher so noch nicht gab. Jedes Projekt ist für ihn eine neue Herausforderung, bei der er experimentieren und ständig dazulernen kann. Besonders aufregend war für ihn der Moment, als der Cash Catch auf dem Parookaville Festival zum ersten Mal lief – eine Mischung aus Erleichterung und purem Glück (Nico hat den Beweis auf Video! 😆). Aber nicht nur die Projekte machen seinen Job einzigartig, sondern auch die vielen inspirierenden Menschen, die er dabei trifft. Durch seine Arbeit hat er Freunde auf der ganzen Welt gefunden und erlebt mit ihnen unvergessliche Momente an den außergewöhnlichsten Orten – sei es in einem Schloss in Heidelberg oder in Spanien. Während der Produktionen lebt das Team in seiner eigenen Event-Bubble, in der sich harte Arbeit und unendlich viel Spaß perfekt ergänzen. Seine spannendsten Projekte? Schwer, sich da auf eins festzulegen! Ein paar Highlights: Wololo V – Zwei Wochen lang ein riesiges Event im Schloss Heidelberg auf die Beine gestellt. Leffe Roadshow – Harte Tage, viel gelernt, noch mehr gelacht. Egal, was passierte – der Teamspirit war unschlagbar! Fun Fact: Beim allerersten Skirennen seiner Skischule wurde er direkt Erster! Und dann wäre da noch der legendäre Festival-Aufbau-Tag im strömenden Regen – in Baywatch-Klamotten und mit Dauerschleife-Soundtrack. Jörg loves to design and build things that have never been done before. Every project is a new challenge for him, where he can experiment and constantly learn something new. The moment when the Cash Catch ran for the first time at the Parookaville Festival was particularly exciting for him - a mixture of relief and pure happiness (Nico has the video to prove it!! 😆). But it's not just the projects that make his job unique, but also the many inspiring people he meets along the way. Through his work, he has made friends all over the world and experiences unforgettable moments with them in the most extraordinary places - be it in a castle in Heidelberg or in Spain. During productions, the team lives in its own event bubble, where hard work and endless fun complement each other perfectly. Fun fact: He made first place in the very first ski race at his ski school! And then there's the legendary festival set-up day in the pouring rain - in Baywatch gear and with a continuous loop soundtrack. [English below] Kreativ bis in die letzte Faser; international regelmäßig auf Großevents als Airbrushkünstlerin aktiv; sieht 26 Farben, wo andere Menschen "grün" sagen, und zeichnet bei uns mit ihrer herzlichen Art als gelernte Steinmetz- und Bildhauermeister verantwortlich bei allen gestalterischen Projekten bei denen es auf Farbe und Form ankommt. Grauer Alltag? Fehlanzeige! Jeder Tag bringt etwas Neues, ob im Team bei der Planung von Projekten oder beim Generieren frischer Ideen. Seine drei Eigenschaften, die ihn dabei perfekt beschreiben: kreativ, neugierig und ein bisschen kompetitiv. Sein bisher spannendstes Projekt? Das DHL EoSL-Event in Dubai! Eine leidenschaftliche Veranstaltung an einem außergewöhnlichen Ort – genau Tims Ding. Aber auch in der Freizeit bleibt er aktiv: Dank seines Sohnes hat er das Eishockey für sich entdeckt, die „schönste Sportart der Welt“. Fun Fact über Tim? Seine Arbeit und über 20 Jahre Erfahrung im eGaming haben ihn bisher auf jeden bewohnten Kontinent geführt. Meet the team - Unsere Auszubildende Celina! [English below] Lernen, wachsen und jeden Tag Neues entdecken – genau das liebt Celina an ihrer Ausbildung bei uns. Ihr Arbeitsalltag ist so vielseitig wie sie selbst: Mal konzeptionell, mal praktisch, aber immer spannend und dynamisch. Kein Tag gleicht dem anderen, und genau das macht es für sie so besonders! Celina hat noch einiges vor und legt daher großen Wert auf Effizienz. Gepaart mit ihrem hohen Anspruch an sich selbst, scheut sie auch vor größeren Herausforderungen nicht zurück. Ihr spannendstes Projekt bleibt zwar geheim, aber eines ist sicher: Sie liebt es, sich neuen Aufgaben zu stellen und dabei immer 110% zu geben. In ihrer Freizeit verbringt sie gerne Zeit mit Freunden oder powert sich im Gym aus. Learning, growing and discovering new things every day – that’s exactly what Celina loves about her apprenticeship with us. Her everyday work is as varied as she is: sometimes conceptual, sometimes practical, but always exciting and dynamic. No two days are the same, and that's exactly what makes it so special for her! Celina still has a lot on her list and therefore attaches great importance to efficiency. Coupled with her high expectations of herself, she also never shys away from bigger challenges. Her most exciting project remains a secret, but one thing is certain: she loves taking on new tasks and always giving 110%. Meet the Team - Heute stellen wir euch Kenneth vor! [English below] Kenneth ist bei uns der Inbegriff von Kreativität und Abwechslung. Was ihn an seiner Arbeit bei Blueprint am meisten begeistert? Der gesamte kreative Prozess, den jedes Projekt mit sich bringt. Vom Sammeln erster, loser Ideen über das Visualisieren dieser bis hin zu dem magischen Moment, in dem er vor dem fertigen Modul steht – genau das macht für ihn den Reiz aus. Sein Arbeitsalltag ist so abwechslungsreich wie unsere Projekte selbst. Es gibt keinen typischen Tag: Je nach Projektstand findet ihr Kenneth im Büro, in der Werkstatt oder auf der Baustelle – und immer mitten im Geschehen. Besonders spannend war für ihn das Parookaville Festival im letzten Jahr, wo er und das Team viele Baustellen gleichzeitig gemeistert haben. Eine Herausforderung, die ihn noch heute begeistert! Abseits der Arbeit bleibt Kenneth gerne in Bewegung. Kenneth is the epitome of creativity in our midst. What excites him most about his work at Blueprint? The entire creative process that each project entails. From collecting initial, loose ideas and visualizing them to the magical moment when he stands in front of the "real thing". His working day is as varied as our projects themselves. There is no typical day: depending on the project status, you will find Kenneth in the office, in the workshop or at a construction site - and always in the center of the action. Last year's Parookaville was particularly exciting for him, where he and the team handled a good many clients and buliding sites simultaneously. A challenge that still excites him today! Away from work, Kenneth likes to keep moving.
