For Q3 2024/2025, the ABOUT YOU Group today announced revenue and customer growth while improving free cash flow and profitability across all business segments. As one of Europe's leading e-commerce players, we maintained our growth trajectory, increasing Group revenue by 1.3% year-on-year to EUR 558.9 million. Adjusted EBITDA came in at EUR 20.1 million, equivalent to a margin of 3.6%. 🛒 COMMERCE. In Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, our online fashion store saw strong growth of 18.0%, amid cold weather conditions and improving consumer sentiment. The quarter marked a return to LTM customer and order growth at 12.8 million and 38.5 million, respectively, supported by a higher average order value of EUR 59.3 and exclusive brands, such as the NETFLIX COLLECTION launched in October. 🌐 B2B. SCAYLE Commerce Engine continued to expand dynamically, highlighted by international customer acquisitions, ~30% growth in annual recurring revenue, and continued high profitability levels. SCAYLE Payments, the Group's payment services entity, launched in Austria in December, followed by Germany in January, and is now being rolled out across other European countries. The Management Board reiterated the full-year guidance, expecting Group revenue growth of +1% to +7% year-on-year and adjusted EBITDA between EUR 15 million and EUR 35 million.
