Comprende una selezione di canzoni dai primi 4 album della band più l'EP Four Ways to Scream Your Name, assieme a molti b-side, cover e demo, ed anche 4 nuove canzoni (le prime con il nuovo bassista Gavin Burrough). Si compone infatti di 3 dischi, per un totale di 53 tracce più le bonus track. Il titolo deriva dalla frase più significativa di History, che è probabilmente la più nota canzone della band. L'annuncio della pubblicazione della compilation è stato dato il 6 luglio 2009. Il cantante Matt Davies ha commentato: "è interessante osservare come molte delle canzoni che abbiamo scritto negli ultimi 7 anni e mezzo hanno avuto un'influenza su di noi e anche sui nostri fan, ed averle tutte raccolte in un unico posto sarà una buona riflessione sulla musica che abbiamo scritto sin qui, sia per i vecchi fan che per i nuovi". Il batterista Ryan Richards ha anche sottolineato come l'arrivo di Gavin al basso, da fan della band, abbia riportato un po' il gruppo ad avvicinarsi a un sound che negli ultimi album si era un po' perso. The collection includes tracks from the band's two EPs and four studio albums, as well as covers, B-sides and four newly recorded tracks. It reached #86 in the UK chart. It is the band's first full-length CD to not be released in the United States. The Limited 3CD Digital Release (which is now out of print) included a large amount of demos from the band's archives, including the previously unreleased song "Colossus", the electric demo of "This Letter", and "Summer's Dead And Buried" (one of the band's earliest songs that was rewritten to become "Waking Up").
