Thirumalairajan is a river flowing in the Thanjavur, Tiruvarur and Nagapattinam districts of the Indian state of Tamil Nadu and Karaikal district of Puducherry. The river splits from Kudamurutti, a tributary of Kaveri river at Rajagiri near Papanasam, Thanjavur district.
