Roope Aleksi Salminen (born 11 December 1989) is a Finnish TV personality, singer and actor. He is known for being the vocalist for the music group Roope Salminen & Koirat and for hosting several TV shows, such as Enbuske, Veitola & Salminen, Putous and Myyrä on Finnish commercial channels. In 2016 he was awarded the title "Media Person of the Year in Finland". Salminen has hosted Uuden Musiikin Kilpailu in 2015 and 2016, Koomikot and Hittikärpänen in 2015, his own Roope Salminen Show in 2016 and Enbuske, Veitola & Salminen talk show 2016–2018.
