- The president of the Lebanese Republic (Arabic: رئيس الجمهورية اللبنانية, romanized: rayiys aljumhuriat allubnania; French: Président de la République Libanaise) is the head of state of Lebanon. The president is elected by the parliament for a term of six years, which cannot be renewed immediately because they can only be renewed non-consecutively. By convention, the president is always a Maronite Christian who fulfills the same requirements as a candidate for the house of representatives, as per article 49 of the Lebanese constitution. (en)
- Le président de la République libanaise est le chef de l'État du Liban. Le président est élu par le parlement pour une durée de six ans, qui n'est pas immédiatement renouvelable. Par convention par le Pacte national libanais et l'accord de Taëf, le président est toujours un chrétien maronite. Le dernier titulaire en date de la fonction est Michel Aoun, en poste du 31 octobre 2016 au 31 octobre 2022. Le 30 octobre 2022, à la veille de la fin de son mandat, il quitte la présidence et rejoint sa résidence privée, tandis que le Parlement n'est pas parvenu à désigner un candidat réunissant assez de voix pour lui succéder.
