- ORLEN Unipetrol a.s. je akciová společnost, která se zabývá zpracováním ropy a výrobou, distribucí a prodejem pohonných hmot a petrochemických produktů – zejména plastů a hnojiv - v České republice a středoevropském regionu. Je jediným zpracovatelem ropy v České republice a patří mezi deset největších českých firem podle tržeb. Vznikla v roce 1995 a od roku 2004 je součástí skupiny PKN Orlen, která vlastní 100 % akcií ve společnosti. Do ORLEN Unipetrolu byly postupně začleněny společnosti , , Benzina, Paramo, (v roce 2003 sloučené se společností Paramo), Česká rafinérská, Unipetrol Trade, Spolana a . Do skupiny ORLEN Unipetrol spadají rafinérie a výrobní závody v Litvínově a Kralupech nad Vltavou, společnost Paramo se značkou Mogul v Pardubicích a Kolíně, neratovická společnost Spolana a dvě výzkumná centra v Litvínově a Brně. Součástí Unipetrolu je i síť čerpacích stanic Benzina, která je s počtem 416 stanic největším řetězcem v Česku. Na Slovensku disponuje již 10 čerpacími stanicemi. - Orlen Unipetrol ist eine Aktiengesellschaft, die sich mit der Erdölverarbeitung und der Herstellung, der Verteilung und dem Verkauf von Kraftstoffen und petrochemischen Erzeugnissen – insbesondere von Kunststoffen und Düngemitteln – in der Tschechischen Republik und Mitteleuropa befasst. Die Gesellschaft ist der einzige Erdölverarbeiter in der Tschechischen Republik und gehört nach den Umsätzen zu den zehn größten tschechischen Unternehmen. Sie entstand 1994 und gehört seit 2004 zur Gruppe PKN Orlen, die 100 % der Aktien der Gesellschaft besitzt. In Unipetrol wurden schrittweise die Firmen Kaučuk, Chemopetrol, Benzina, PARAMO a.s., Koramo (2003 mit der Firma Paramo fusioniert), Česká rafinérská, Unipetrol Trade, Spolana und Unipetrol Rafinérie eingegliedert. Zur Gruppe Unipetrol gehören Raffinerien und Produktionswerke in Litvínov und Kralupy nad Vltavou, die Firma Paramo mit der Marke Mogul in Pardubice und Kolín, die Neratovicer Firma Spolana sowie zwei Forschungszentren in Litvínov und Brünn. Zu Unipetrol gehört auch das Tankstellennetz Benzina, das mit 406 Tankstellen die größte Kette Tschechiens ist. (de)

The company is engaged in crude oil processing and the production, distribution and sales of fuels and petrochemical products – mainly plastics and fertilisers – in the Czech Republic and the Central European region. It is the only crude oil processing company in the Czech Republic and its earnings rank it among the ten largest Czech companies. It was founded in 1994, and in 2004, it became part of the PKN Orlen group, which owns 100% shares in the company. The following companies have been gradually incorporated into Unipetrol: Kaučuk, Chemopetrol, Benzina, Paramo, Koramo(merged with Paramoin 2003), Česká rafinérská, Unipetrol Trade, Spolana, and Unipetrol Rafinérie. The Unipetrol group includes refineries and production plants in Litvínov and Kralupy nad Vltavou, Paramo in Pardubice and Kolín with its Mogul brand and Spolana in Neratovice, and two research centres in Litvínov and Brno. The network of Benzina fuel stations – the largest network in the Czech Republic with its 406 stations – is also part of Unipetrol. Since 2018, the Chairman of the Board has been Krzysztof Zdziarski.
