- In computer science, Orfeo Toolbox (OTB) is a software library for processing images from Earth observation satellites. OTB was initiated by the French space agency (CNES) in 2006. The software is released under a free licence; a number of contributors outside CNES are taking part in development and integrating into other projects. The library was originally targeted at high resolution images acquired by the Orfeo constellation: Pléiades and Cosmo-Skymed, but it also handles other sensors. (en)

- Orfeo Toolbox (OTB) è una libreria per il processo e l'elaborazione di immagini telerilevate. Il progetto fu iniziato dall'agenzia spaziale francese (Centre national d'études spatiales - CNES) nel 2006 e continua a essere un software in sviluppo continuo e partecipato dalla comunità open source. Originariamente questa libreria fu sviluppata per immagini ad alta risoluzione spaziale, acquisite dalla costellazione Orfeo: Pleiades e COSMO-SkyMed. Oggi invece viene utilizzato anche per diversi tipi di sensori, montati su diversi satelliti per telerilevamento. (it)
